London, Canada RedRick Technologies Full time

You’ve been looking for a few things in your next job: variety, the chance to creatively problem solve, an opportunity to make an impact on a well-established (and still growing) company, and a team that will value your input and give you the freedom to take initiative.

If this sounds like you, we may have the perfect opportunity for you

We’re RedRick Technologies Inc, and we create custom workstations for healthcare professionals so they can be more productive, healthy, and comfortable. Through ergonomic design, we reduce pain, fatigue, and risk to their health.

We’ve been in business for over 23 years, making a difference for customers all across North America. Now, you can too, as our new **Sales Administrator** and Fulfillment Coordinator**.

**Your Role**

We’ll look to you to offer ideas or suggestions on how to do things differently or make changes to improve efficiency. Your voice will be valued, and we’re always open to finding better ways of doing things

**Practically speaking, you will**:
**Sales Admin**
- Create proposals, responses, and other documents for sales team
- Serve as an internal point of contact for customers
- Create and send order confirmations and invoices, receive and enter payments
- Answer customer phone calls, follow up as needed, and maintain up-to-date customer records
- Follow up on accounts receivable and outstanding payments as needed

**Fulfillment Coordination**
- Serve as the main point of contact between customers and production team throughout the order fulfilment process
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely processing and fulfillment of orders
- Manage customer expectations and understanding of the installation process

**You’ll be a great fit for this position if you are**:

- **Detail-oriented** - you don’t like making little mistakes, and you always ensure that client files are accurate and free of any oversights.
- **A strong problem-solver** - You’re proactive, can find problems or opportunities before they arise, bring ideas forward, and are interested in finding better ways of working. You have an analytical and creative mind and enjoy solving complex problems.
- **Customer Oriented**:

- you’ll have customer service and/or sales experience.

**Working with Redrick Technologies Inc**

This is a full-time position, working daily in our Mount Brydges location (about 20 km west of London, Ontario). You’ll typically work Monday-Friday during core business hours. In the future, you’ll also have the opportunity to travel for our tradeshows, attending a few of these events each year across North America.

This role offers a competitive starting salary of $50,000 - $60,000per year commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package after 3 months probation, and vacation time will be accrued as well.

We have a small close-knit team with a casual work environment. Our organization has a nice, family feel, and our team is collaborative and accessible. We value autonomy, new ideas, and are respectful of each other’s contributions. We’re always willing to help each other out, so you’ll be supported and guided.

You’ll also have the opportunity to grow your role by taking on more sales-related activities such as servicing existing customers with repeat orders.

**Qualifications**
- Experience working in any sales or customer service position, engaging with customers directly
- Experience using Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Strong technical proficiency and computer literacy
- Valid Ontario G-class driver’s license and a clean, insurable driving record
- Valid passport and ability to travel within Canada and the USA
- Willingness and ability to pass a criminal background record check
- Experience using Apple Mac operating systems would be an asset but is not required
