The Sales Administrator supports the sales team in both Canada and the United States. This role is responsible for preparing reports, maintaining sales data and other administrative duties.

**Responsibilities**:
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
- Track, enter, and modify orders from sales team
- Maintain customer database and updates within JDE system
- Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Liaise with Sales and materials department
- Develop reports as required
- Interfaces with Sales to ensure that questions are answered for inquiries

**Minimum Qualification**:

- Grade 12 minimum completed; Ideally 1 - 2 years related experience
- Proven work experience as a sales administrator or sales support
- Excellent organizational skills
- Team player
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
