**WHAT IS THE ROLE ?**

The Account Services team at Psycho Bunny is growing We are looking to add a new member to the team who is passionate about customer service and will deliver positive brand experiences to all customers, internal and external.

**HOW WILL YOU DO IT?**
- You will enter data as required.
- You will support the wholesale sales teams to troubleshoot any problems they might have.
- You will be responsible for processing boutique and specialty customer orders, communicating to the sales rep once an order has been fulfilled.
- You will send the sales team open order reports twice a week, and as needed.

**WHO YOU ARE ?**

**Your achievements**
- You have a bachelors degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising or can demonstrate equivalent experience.
- You have a minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Service.

**Your contribution**
- You have knowledge of Momentis or any other ERP system.
- You have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Excel is required.
- You are highly analytical and detail-oriented with a strong business and financial acumen.
- Communication skills.
- You have strong problem-solving abilities and are resourceful.
- You have excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
- You have effective written and verbal communication skills, in French and English.
