4 Pillars Edmonton is a fast-growing company in the debt reduction industry. We review all debt reduction options with clients and represent them in the process. We take clients by the hand and lead them step by step from high stress and high debt down the road with a plan suited for the client’s situation that will reduce debt and lower stress.

**Position Description**

Your primary role is to be an organized and pro-active team player supporting two members of leadership in gathering client care information. As a core member of the team, you will represent 4 Pillars in a professional, compassionate, and respectful manner. Paired with your strong customer service skills, you will be responsible for:

- Providing information and systems access to clients.
- Managing documents and files via the company’s internal systems and processes.
- Pro-actively follow up with leadership and clients for outstanding documentation.
- Monitor and drive leadership and client progress in the company’s debt reduction and after care program.
- Administrative support to two members of leadership in gathering client care information and assisting other client care advisors as required.
- Provide receptionist coverage as needed.

**Qualifications Required**:

- 2+ years of experience in customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate client’s schedules.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well with others and contribute to a teamwork environment.
- High level of attention to detail oriented and comfortable using technology (e.g. various computer systems and social media).

**Salary**: $37,000.00-$41,000.00 per year
