Skyline Property Management inc., a leading property management company specializing in condominiums in Alberta, is seeking a detail-oriented person to assist our Property Accountant. With a commitment to exceptional service and responsible property management, we serve a diverse portfolio of properties in Edmonton and surrounding areas.

The Accounting Clerk will be providing essential support to the accounting department in performing various financial tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must
- Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into QuickBooks and spreadsheet, including invoices, EFT payments, and other financial transactions
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile Bank Statements to ensure accuracy in financial records
- Accounts Payable: Generate Management and Admin invoices.
- Accounts Receivable: Assist in accounts receivable functions, including posting Condo fee payments via EFT payments or cheques
- Cheque Printing: Generating cheque payment for vendors in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: From $35,000.00 per year
