- We are looking for an experienced and outgoing HR Admin/Front of House Department Lead to work this exciting event with an amazing brand
- You MUST be bilingual, speaking both English and French
- The sale is from August 1 - August 6, and the hours are 12 hour shifts daily
- Please note: This is not a full-time job - it is only for the days of operations listed

**Responsibilities (current)**
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness of front of house
- Setting up the cash registers
- Training staff as cashiers
- Assisting cashiers with POS issues including connectivity problems (printers, scanners, payment devices)
- Assisting cashiers with customer service issues such as refunds, negative experience feedback, or product issues
- Continually refill cash registers with supplies ie. staplers, zipties, etc
- Keeping track of supplies and reporting to managers when low
- Assisting customers directly with any issue or inquiry they may have
- Ensuring putbacks are continually being recycled back onto the floor and/or sorting stations
- Communicating with the other leads in relation to staff rotating roles based on needs, floor plan changes, and any other areas of coordination
- Administrative duties through HomeBase such as tracking staff breaks, adjusting hours or breaks, training new staff to sign in and out, etc
- Working alongside Beddy who will be training you on HomeBase
- Organizing staff forms such as contractor agreements into binder

**Responsabilités (actuelles)**
- Maintenir l’organisation et la propreté de l’avant du magasin
- Installer les caisses enregistreuses
- Former les caissiers et caissières
- Aider les caissiers et caissières à résoudre les problèmes liés aux points de vente, y compris les problèmes de connectivité (imprimantes, lecteurs optiques, dispositifs de paiement)
- Aider les caissiers et caissières à résoudre les problèmes de service à la clientèle tels que les remboursements, les retours d'expérience négatifs ou les problèmes liés aux produits
- Remplir continuellement les caisses enregistreuses avec des fournitures, par exemple des agrafeuses, des attaches autobloquantes, etc.
- Assurer le suivi des fournitures et rendre compte aux gestionnaires lorsqu’elles sont faibles
- Aider directement les clients et clientes à régler tout problème ou toute demande de renseignements qu’ils ou elles pourraient avoir
- Veiller à ce que la marchandise à replacer soit continuellement recyclée sur la surface de vente ou les stations de tri
- Communiquer avec les autres responsables en ce qui concerne la rotation des rôles du personnel en fonction des besoins, des changements au plan de magasin et de tout autre domaine de coordination
- Effectuer des tâches administratives dans HomeBase, telles que le suivi des pauses du personnel, l'ajustement des heures ou des pauses, la formation des nouveaux membres du personnel quant à l'enregistrement des heures d'arrivée et de départ, etc.
- Travailler aux côtés de Beddy qui vous formera sur le système HomeBase
- Organiser les formulaires destinés au personnel, tels que les contrats pour contractuels et contractuelles, dans un classeur
