**Que fait un inspecteur en contrôle des pertes d’assurance ?**

Nos inspecteurs en contrôle des pertes d’assurance visitent divers emplacements au nom de la compagnie d’assurance du propriétaire; dans le but de minimiser les pertes potentielles. Il n’y a aucune vente impliquée. Les demandes d'inspection proviennent directement des compagnies d'assurance.
- Responsable de la planification et de l'organisation de leur travail
- Planifier leurs propres rendez-vous avec les propriétaires
- Déplacement sur les lieux
- Visiter la propriété et recueillir des informations (résidentielles et commerciales)
- Identifier les domaines de pertes potentielles tels que l'incendie, le vol et la responsabilité civile
- Prendre des photos et les mesures requises.
- Préparer le rapport de contrôle des pertes de la propriété à l'aide de la plateforme Web d'Davies et des formulaires préfabriqués.

**Environnement de travail de nos inspecteurs**
- En tant qu'entrepreneurs indépendants avec Davies, nos inspecteurs travaillent à domicile
- Ils se rendent à divers endroits depuis leur domicile jusqu'aux emplacements assignés.

**Ce que tous nos inspecteurs doivent avoir**:

- Un véhicule fiable
- Un téléphone portable
- Ordinateur sur base Windows
- Internet à domicile fiable (préférablement haute vitesse)
- Caméra digitale ou téléphone intelligent qui prend des photos digitales de haute qualité
- Expérience en construction, la sécurité incendie, l’hospitalité, or l’immobilier est bénéfique mais non obligatoire.
