Groupe Marcelle is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator for a permanent, full-time position.

Reporting to the Business Partner, Human Resources - Operations, the Human Resources Coordinator provides front-line support to unionized and salaried employees and participates in all human resources activities, including coordination of information related to payroll and benefits and training. He/she assists the human resources team in the realization of various human resources projects.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE
- Work closely with the payroll department on unionized and salaried employee files.
- Administer group insurance programs.
- Ensure the administrative management of human resources programs (recognition program, Bill 90, etc.).
- Answer questions from unionized and salaried employees.
- Maintain employee files in our HRIS.
- Ensure the maintenance of the Dayforce HRIS.
- Follow up on CNESST, maternity leave, work leave, etc.
- Inform employees on human resources policies and procedures.
- Update human resources indicators on a monthly basis (KPIs).
- Participate in the drafting and updating of HR policies.
- Participate in various projects related to human resources.

WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, Human Resources Management, or Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management or relevant experience.
- 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite.
- Knowledge of an HRIS, Dayforce an asset.
