**Galt Chrysler Dodge is currently seeking to hire a Sales Manager to join our busy and successful Dealership.**
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed
- Motivated and driven individual
- Proven track record of excellent Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to follow process’ and procedures as set forth by Managers
- High attention to detail and accuracy

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Desk deals
- Commission deals for payroll
- Merchandising
- Lead follow up and management
- Help generate sales appointments and close deals
- Motivate, encourage and train staff as required
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Locate and arrange for Dealer Trades as needed
- Maintain spreadsheets and reports daily
- Assist the General Sales Manager in daily tasks
- Ensuring a complete knowledge of monthly incentives, rates and objectives
