IT Support Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Acquire, maintain, and support all IT hardware, including PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, cameras, peripherals and servers.
- Manage and administer RingCentral accounts for telephony services.
- Coordinate with Bell for Internet services and ensure reliable connectivity across all locations.
- Coordinate with Bell for alarm monitoring and ensure proper functioning of the system.
- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by staff and provide timely solutions.
- Provide training to staff on the proper use of hardware, software, and IT systems.
- Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical staff members.
- Lead the implementation of a paperless office initiative, including the transition to digital document management systems and workflows.
- Research and develop AI technologies and chatbots to improve internal processes and customer interactions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in IT support and administration, with a focus on hardware and software management.
- Experience with RingCentral or similar telephony services is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and French.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Communiquer efficacement des informations techniques aux membres du personnel non techniques.
- Diriger la mise en œuvre d'une initiative de bureau sans papier, y compris la transition vers des systèmes et flux de travail de gestion de documents numériques.
- Rechercher et développer des technologies d'IA et des chatbots pour améliorer les processus internes et les interactions avec les clients.
**Qualifications**:
- Baccalauréat en informatique, en technologie de l'information ou dans un domaine connexe (de préférence).
- Expérience avérée dans le soutien et l'administration informatiques, avec un accent sur la gestion du matériel et des logiciels.
- Expérience avec RingCentral ou des services téléphoniques similaires est un plus.
- Solides compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité de communiquer efficacement en anglais et en français.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prioriser efficacement les tâches.
