The Sales Manager will be responsible for their personal sales within the Corporate and Intermediary Market segments. Sales success will depend on self-initiative, the preparation of timely group specific quotations and sales reports/forecasts.

**FULL TIME YEAR ROUND**

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Selling of Corporate Packages and Catering Functions
- Tracing of historical repeat/return business
- Respond to inquiries
- Follow-up on existing sales files and maintenance of accurate files
- Initiate and lead site inspections when requires
- Development and execution of sales initiatives to generate and source new business:

- Sales calls on a weekly basis to existing and new clients
- Conduct Site Inspections
- Attend trade shows and industry events as required
- Preparation and delivery of sale/promotional materials (i.e. Proposals/Contracts)
- Tracing historical business and initiating cold call

**WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?**
- Active or past involvement within industry related organizations.
- Strong sales background with resort industry offering, minimum of 2 years experience preferred
- Strong selling record that reflects the attainment of growth of sales goals
- Excellent sales and communication skills - phone & w ritten
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Computer Proficient: Microsoft Office, excel. Salesforce knowledge preferred
- Thrive in working within a dynamic team environment with quantifiable goals
- Successful employment record of multi-tasking Completion of post secondary education
