Metal Supermarkets Franchising Family of Companies, a multi-national, multi-brand franchisor headquartered in Mississauga, is experiencing strong growth and we require a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to support the Marketing team on a maternity leave contract.

**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**
- Manage, analyze and optimize digital campaigns including Google/Bing Search, Display, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, podcast advertising and more
- Coordinate with third party agencies to manage and optimize select digital campaigns
- Provide guidance and recommendations on the implementation of new digital marketing strategies, campaigns and creative through staying up-to-date on current digital marketing tools and techniques
- Compile, distribute and analyze monthly digital campaigns reports
- Develop and execute paid social media strategies to engage with customers and prospects
- Support the Marketing and Operations teams in the execution of marketing plans for new stores
- Ensure all marketing materials are supportive of, and consistent with, marketing strategies and brand guidelines
- Work within the marketing team to understand franchisees’ goals and objectives to make recommendations when undertaking new sales and marketing activities
- Prioritize and execute franchisee and store digital marketing requests
- Coordinate franchisee participation in marketing activities and programs
- Some travel may be required

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or multi-unit organization.
- Successful completion of a college/university program (preferably in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communications)
- Proven success managing various digital campaigns, including search, display and social**:

- Practical work experience using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other digital marketing tools is a must. Google certifications are a definite asset**:

- Proven experience utilizing various social media advertising channels, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
- Superior Excel skills
- Possess an analytical mind with strong attention to detail
- Team player who is able to juggle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently, together with the ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working for a franchise or multi-unit business is an asset

**Salary: $60,000 Cdn Annually**
