We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, increase traffic to our website, and generate leads that result in conversions.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimise online campaigns in order to drive traffic and increase conversions.
- Analyse and report on performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct keyword research and optimise website content to improve organic search rankings.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to create cohesive marketing materials that reflect the brand’s voice and goals.
- Manage budgets for digital marketing activities and ensure ROI is tracked and reported.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Proven experience in managing SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
