**In this role you will be**:

- Working as an integral part of the Project Management team to oversee the operations where we design and build high-end residential projects
- Completing a diverse range of daily tasks to support successful projects, including:

- Schedule develop and tracking
- Risk and Opportunity management
- Tracking/Management of project budgets
- Coordination of subtrades and suppliers
- Working within an integrated team of designers, suppliers and tradespeople to successfully manage complex projects
- Communicate with clients.

**Experience Required**:

- Degree in Business Administration or related field with an interest in Project Management/Operations
- Strong working knowledge of project management essentials including project plans, Gantt charting, resource management, risk management and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory with strong spreadsheet skills and an ability build and maintain budgets as required.
- Hands-on experience working with construction project management tools (Buildertrend preferred, but others such a Co-Construct or ProCore also helpful),
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Experience in construction is an asset but not essential
- Drivers License and own transportation
