**Responsibilities**:

- Answering and responding to incoming customer service calls and calls from dealers, franchises and brands on pack and pick demands
- Managing the client portal data base, sending weekly reports and ensuring check outs daily online
- Opening project dockets and entering into the client management portal
- Providing report on customer activities through the portal
- Actively tracking the progress of work projects through the portal; following up on orders with production and the sales team
- Inventory docket management
- Providing quotes, pricing, additional information
- Follow up outstanding orders, back-orders
- Dealing with warranty and RGA (returned goods authorizations)

**Requirements**:

- Strong motivation and experience in building and maintaining customer relations
- B2B customer service and sales experience
- Highly motivated, self-driven with a positive attitude and a “never give up” mentality.
- Proven time management and organization skills
- Exceptional communication skills (written/verbal)
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Math skills considered an asset

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour
