In this role as an Operations Specialist, you will be part of developing a new line of business As a key member of the Enbridge Sustain team, you will be responsible to execute the Operations function You will manage a broad range of third-party providers and be responsible for their performance commitments. You will oversee all aspects of a portfolio of new construction/installation projects in the field. You will contribute to shaping the business by developing relationships with external vendors and partners for work execution.

Internally this role is titled as - Specialist II Low Carbon Operations.

Here’s what you will do:
- Manage third party partners for work execution and be responsible for performance management during execution activities. Implement service levels to ensure performance excellence.- Develop and maintain customer relationships during the design and execution of projects to ensure customer satisfaction.- Participate in evaluation of potential partners including external vendors and service providers, to select suitable partners for Enbridge sustain, and make recommendations to senior management.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders during project execution including municipalities, regulatory bodies, and third party partners.- Provide project management expertise and support on complex planning projects from initiation through to completion. This includes engagement and coordination of internal and external stakeholders to gain alignment on scope, final OTC design and costs to deliver agreed upon project result.- Manage projects by developing project charters, leading coordination meetings, creating and managing project schedules and budgets, obtaining permitting and approvals, ensuring adherence to plan by third party partners, and overseeing project closeout activities including records management.- Support project execution groups during construction phase, ensure timeliness of project delivery, resolve issues on a project level.- Ensure Company and Partner compliance with all external regulatory and municipal requirements.

Who you are:
- University degree in preferably in (Engineering or STEM related field) or with 7-10 years of related experience managing field work including construction and installation.- Stellar experience managing 3rd party provider performance.- 3-5 years of Project management experience and a detailed understanding of requirements to manage execution projects.- Strong analytical abilities, leadership, and presentation skills.- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and project management experience.- Strong communication and superb relationship building skills.- Proven Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, i.e. Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite.

Preferred:
- Experience in operations.- Knowledge of technology being offered (HVAC, solar, Geothermal).- Ability to travel if required.- PMP Designation.

Working Conditions:
- Standard office environment.- Requires some travel to 3rd party provider locations and customers sites. A valid Ontario G class driver's license and maintenance of a responsible driving record is required.
