**About You**:
Join our team as a **Sales Manager** at Total Life, where you will have a significant impact on our client onboarding strategies and Care Coordinator team performance. Your main responsibility will be to oversee and optimize our client onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, is highly desirable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to automate and streamline the client onboarding process
- Manage a team of Care Coordinators who schedule appointments with clients
- Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to the Care Coordinator team
- Handle client concerns and escalations in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of messaging and goals
- Track and analyze performance data
- Provide regular reports on performance to senior management
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals and strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for mental health and helping others
