**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers
- Partner with the General Manager to effectively communicate and delegate goals, tasks, and responsibilities to the team to ensure a smooth operational flow
- Manage all day-to-day operations to maximize sales growth while focusing on operational efficiency and compliance
- Enforce compliance with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to the sale of vaping products, including age restrictions and marketing guidelines.
- Monitor and manage staffing, scheduling, operations, processes, etc.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure an ample supply of vaping products and accessories.
- Monitor the store's financial performance, track sales, expenses, and profitability, and report to higher management as required.
- Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Hire and identify training needs for staff and provide coaching and training to enhance their vape knowledge and customer service skills, monitor and report on performance (改)
- Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, product displays, signage and cleanliness
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised
- May perform key holding and managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.
- Strategically utilize the tools and resources provided by Store Managers to improve operational efficiency and improve cultural goals

**Employment requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not a must; however, 1-2 years of experience in retail or vape industry setting with training experiences
- In-depth knowledge of vaping products, accessories, and industry trends.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Understanding of compliance requirements and regulations related to the sale of vaping products.
- Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Open availability: able to work days, nights, holidays and weekends
- Must be at least 19 years old to comply with age restrictions for selling vaping products.
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds at times

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (required)
