**Retail Cannabis Store Supervisor**

As a ShinyBud Cannabis Co. Store Supervisor, you will conduct business according to the details of your job description and the employee manual, making the guests our # 1 priority. As a member of the ShinyBud Cannabis Co. team you will be required to live and breathe our mission to seize opportunity, lead with passion and be the absolute best. We aim to provide guests with an extraordinary cannabis shopping experience.

You will lead all aspects of the store operations, customer relations and driving sales, coaching and developing a retail team. Reporting to the Directors and Owners, you will play a critical role in the planning and execution of the company´s growth, including recruitment and development of store team, operations and back of house/inventory management, visual merchandising, and implementation of best practices.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Hospitality**
- Demonstrates that guest service is their number one priority
- Makes a positive first impression: smiles, makes eye contact, maintains a positive tone of voice and always says thank you
- Responds to guests in a friendly manner with an appropriate sense of urgency
- Suggests products and complimentary items appropriately
- Resolves guest concerns and complaints in a friendly manner
- Excellent knowledge of Cannabis products and regulations
- Trustworthy and guest-oriented

**Operations**
- Manage Daily operations and ensure targets and goals are met
- Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash and managing in-store marketing
- Always follows Shiny Bud Cannabis Co. standards and guidelines
- Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, provincial and municipal legislation
- Perform managerial duties and tend to deadlines, as needed
- Demonstrate a high level of cannabis knowledge and curate experiences that go above and beyond expectations - Seek opportunities to contribute to and improve business results on a daily basis
- Stays on point with inventory management to ensure guests have access to the right stock to drive sales - Support with completing all tasks and duties, as assigned
- Complete tasks as assigned by the Director of Operations, And Store Owners
- Demonstrate high levels of integrity and personal responsibility
- Open to feedback, coaching and continuous improvement
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Other duties as required

**Minimum Job Entry Requirements**:

- High school diploma or GED required *Requirement*
- Must be at least 19 years of age *Requirement*
- CannSell certification *Requirement*
- Criminal background check *Requirement*
- Ability to drive positive customer experiences
- A passion for Cannabis related products and being part of bringing it to a regulated market
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, composure)
- Must be flexible with hours of work and be comfortable with ever changing duties

**Experience**:
**Retail: 5 year (preferred)**

**Customer Service: 5 years (preferred)**

**Retail Cannabis: 2 year (preferred)**
