**What will you be doing?**
- Developing and adjusting program plans to meet deliverable requirements.
- Creating and maintaining project schedules, work plans, and calendars of events and meetings.
- Scheduling, organizing, and on-boarding students for courses.
- Facilitating work-readiness and career education through virtual workshops, online discussion groups, webinars, presentations, events, etc.
- Tailoring individual sessions (in person, by phone, online) to student needs, as required.
- Monitoring each students’ progress throughout the courses to ensure each student’s progresses successfully throughout the curriculum.
- Motivating each student to successfully complete the e-learning course.
- Coaching and inspiring each WIL student to achieve their maximum potential.
- Mentoring students as needed to help them meet WIL Digital e-Learning course objectives.
- Providing administrative support and documentation in collaboration with the team.
- Proactively works with internal staff to collaborate on ICTC activities, share information, provide updates and engage staff and others for input and support.
- Attending events and/or focus groups to present information, network, collect
- Ensuring dissemination of materials and messages to internal and external stakeholders through applicable channels.
- Coordinating with all project staff (ICTC and non-ICTC) to ensure proper dissemination of accurate and centralized information to participants and their employers.
- Tracking progress against program plans and specific targets, deliverables, and activities.
- Consolidating program evaluation plan and measurements for success and conducts student follow-up as part of evaluation.
- Proactively identifying any areas where there is a risk of not meeting milestone deadlines or targets to the attention of management.
- Connecting with design, publication, translation departments to support production of materials; reviews products received to ensure specifications are met and delivered to a high quality.
- Reviewing ICTC activities and staying updated on Canada’s ICT sector to support clients.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**Do you have the following knowledge?**
- Minimum of two years’ experience in education and training.
- Strong facilitation experience for remote or distance audiences.
- Enthusiastic interest in digital technologies and comfort with explaining technical concepts to foundational learners.
- Experience in employment readiness training and understanding of the digital economy.
- Experience with utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Proficient in adult learning theory and facilitation.
- Knowledge of a variety of instructional media including instructor-led, online, and virtual instructor-led training.
- Verbal and written proficiency in English and French.
- Experience with project management software like Wrike, Microsoft Project, etc.

**What we are looking for**
- Post-Secondary Education degree or diploma or equivalent experience as an educator/teacher, certified facilitator, trainer, adult educator, or career practitioner.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, or similar productivity tools.
- Ability to communicate through verbal and written means with individuals, small groups and in front of large audiences at all levels of the organization.
- Strong attention to detail when creating, reviewing, and delivering content.
- Strong working knowledge of ICT systems, tech terminology, and some general background on digital technology education.
