Receptionist with Payroll Service Experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule and manage appointments and meeting rooms
- Provide support with payroll services, including processing employee time-sheets, calculating payroll, issuing paychecks, and preparing DAS and T4s
- Handle confidential payroll information and maintain accurate records
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits information
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist with payroll experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and benefits administration
- Experience with preparing DAS and T4s
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software
**Salary**: From $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- MONTRÉAL, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
