**For full-time employees**:

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The incumbent will be responsible for managing calls and greeting visitors with courtesy, discretion and professionalism and will work closely with the Human Resources and Payroll Departments. This position is temporary for a maternity leave replacement.
- Receive calls and redirect them to the right person or department;
- Greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner and notify the appropriate persons of their arrival;
- Prepare and send out the weekly newsletter;
- Prepare documents, office posters and hiring gifts for new employees on a weekly basis;
- Sort and distribute internal mail and coordinate mailings for Canada Post and other suppliers;
- Produce identity/rebate cards for new employees following their integration and ensure their delivery;
- Carry out daily job postings from stores on the various recruitment platforms;
- Maintain expense accounts;
- Book and coordinate corporate trips;
- Update sales team schedules;
- Maintain inventory of promotional items for new employees;
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception desk and the dedicated storage space;
- Keep the Distribution Center bulletin board up to date;
- Control the movement of visitors (ensure that visitors do not walk around the building unsupervised);
- Participate in the organization of social activities;
- Carry out transactions of the Cabane Rose products;
- Write communications and create various surveys for the Human Resources department;
- Assist the Human Resources Department with any other related tasks.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum of two years’ experience as a receptionist;
- Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written;
- Professionalism and excellent customer service;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and the Microsoft 365 environment;
