Are you passionate about empowering women with essential digital skills for the job market? We're seeking a dedicated Program Instructor to lead our "Digital Skills for Employment" workshop.

**Program Overview**:
Our workshop aims to equip women with crucial digital skills necessary for securing employment opportunities. From crafting resumes and cover letters using Google Docs, and calendar to navigating job search platforms and mastering online meeting tools like Zoom and Google Meets, our program covers a wide array of essential skills. Additionally, instructors will guide participants on building a professional online presence, understanding the hiring process, mastering interview essentials, and identifying scam job postings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and informative workshops twice a week, on Monday afternoons and Tuesday mornings, for an 8-week duration.
- Provide comprehensive instruction on various digital skills relevant to employment, ensuring participants grasp concepts effectively.
- Foster a supportive learning environment conducive to skill development and confidence building.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, participant progress, and workshop materials.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated expertise in digital skills such as Google Docs, job search tools, online meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meets), and online professionalism.
- Strong understanding of the employment landscape and familiarity with hiring processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate workshop participants.
- Prior experience in teaching or facilitating workshops, preferably in a similar educational or vocational context.
- Knowledge of Arabic is recommended, as it would cater to the diverse needs of our participants.

**Schedule and Compensation**:

- Workshop duration: 8 weeks, starting on April 15, 2024.
- Workshop sessions: Twice a week, on Monday afternoons and Tuesday mornings.
- Compensation: $25 per hour.
