- Efficiently resolve customer issues with attention to detail and a respectful approach.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar role in customer service, energy, or utilities is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and stay calm in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and office software (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.).
