About the Role

CIMC Refrigerated Trailer Co., LTD. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Welder to join our team in a permanent position. As a Maintenance Welder, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our manufactured products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and execute welding process specifications to ensure high-quality products.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, including arc welding machines, brazing machines, and gas welding machines.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes to ensure accurate execution.
  • Examine welds and ensure they meet standards and specifications.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment and brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines.
  • Fabricate or repair metal parts and products using previously set-up welding machines.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a noisy environment.
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) weight handling capacity.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a manufacturing environment with a focus on heavy metal fabrication. The role requires the ability to work in a team environment and maintain a high level of quality and safety standards.
