Administrative Team Lead

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Administrative support to sales team and management group
- Oversee day to day of two other team members
- Preparing tenders, program letters and rebates
- Updating and maintaining CRM system
- Various project support and maintenance
- General office administration duties
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills complemented by tact and diplomacy
- Must be fluent in English written and oral communication
- Excellent organization skills
- Problem solving ability to resolve the day-to-day situations as they arise
- Advanced Computer Skills, i.e. Word, Excel, and MS Outlook, CRM
- Advanced knowledge of Sharepoint
- Self-motivated with an ability to work independently in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize work flow and work independantly
- Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative and be proactive
- Motivated team player with a demonstrated passion for exceptional customer service,
- Responsive to time-sensitive deadlines.
