**Some of what you will do**:
**Specifically, You Will**:

- People manager responsibilities, including performance reviews
- Assist in the design of software components to enhance our portfolio
- Through your knowledge of industry trends and tools, together with your own experiences, work with the team to improve our software, our environment, and our process
- Provide guidance and direction to the development teams to tear down obstacles and keep initiatives on target and moving forward
- Translate project goals and product roadmaps into organized technical tasks
- Offer your input and expertise to technical and non-technical audiences
- Work with technology technical leads and business leadership to define the right technology solutions to solve complex problems
- Collaborate with team members in an agile environment
- Ensure that the team produces clean code and follow industry best practices and designs

**Some of what you need**:

- Degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience.
- A seasoned developer with leadership and mentoring experience
- Opinionated about what it takes to produce great software but remain receptive to other's ideas
- Experienced with software estimation, often confronted with complexity and uncertainty
- Armed with excellent refactoring techniques, ability to work effectively with legacy code
- 2 years of experience acting as a Team/Technical Lead, with a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development. Demonstrated leadership in guiding development teams towards successful project completions.
- Proficiency in using the Fetch API, JSON, and RESTful services for effective data handling and integration with back-end systems.
- Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies, with an emphasis on responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with front-end build tools and version control systems, such as Webpack, Git, and GitHub.
- Experience with MS SQL Server 2012 and above for database development and administration, including advanced SQL and database design.
- Familiarity with Entity Framework, ADO.Net, and LINQ for data access and manipulation.
- Experience in integrating front-end and back-end technologies to create seamless, full-stack web solutions.
- Understanding of web services and APIs, including WCF and Web API, for third-party integration.
- Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile/Scrum, and leading teams in a collaborative, agile environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of the.Net framework for system architecture and design.
- Experience of Cloud Architecture/Technologies and DevOps best practices
- Experience in practicing Agile methodologies
