**Key Responsibilities**
- Build excellent rapport with our clients and insurance providers to drive client retention
- Assist clients with their individual insurance policies and non-financial updates
- Assist with payment processing at insurance providers
- Prepare and analyze insurance summaries for clients
- Support the sales team by creating insurance presentations for prospects and coordinate final policy delivery to clients
- Track and trigger client policy renewals
- Prepare client meeting files
- Communicate with internal Advisors, Insurance Providers, and Tax Specialists as required
- Maintain client information in Customer Relation Management System and ensure appropriate record keeping of client files
- Provide cash surrender values as required
- Facilitate claims
- Exercise the utmost confidentiality in receiving medical records from clients
- Stay current with insurance changes in the industry
- Identify, improve, and develop systems and processes whenever possible
- Complete ad hoc projects and duties as required

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Post-secondary graduate from an accredited college or university degree or a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) is considered a strong asset (not required immediately)
- Exceptional analytical skills; ability to identify optimal solutions for clients and mitigate possible risks
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS, Dynamics 365, and Outlook)
- Detail oriented with strong data management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate ownership of actions
- Excellent organizational skills and well-developed problem solving skills
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Positive attitude with a desire to grow and learn
- Ability to deliver high quality work in a timely manner, in a fast paced professional environment
- French language would be considered an asset
