Technical Sales Representative

**Responsabilités**:
S'engager dans la génération de prospects en appelant ou en envoyant des courriels à des clients potentiels. Générer des devis et aider à conclure des ventes de produits, de pièces et d'accessoires spécifiques dans les lignes de produits applicables. Aide les ventes sur le terrain à organiser des séminaires et d'autres événements pour les comptes cibles. Tenir à jour quotidiennement la base de données CRM. Acquérir et maintenir une connaissance approfondie de toutes les lignes de produits assignées.
Assister à des réunions de vente et à des salons professionnels ; lire les publications de l'industrie pour connaître les forces et les faiblesses des produits des concurrents dans le territoire de vente assigné. Recueillir et analyser les données sur les prix et les ventes, et suivre les tendances de la concurrence en matière de prix. Suggérer des ajustements du niveau de prix pour améliorer le positionnement sur le marché.

- Anton Paar Canada, one of the world leaders in Scientific Instrumentation and services, has an immediate opportunity available for a Technical Sales Representative for its Microwave digestion, microwave synthesis, and Raman technologies portfolio.
**Responsibilities**:
- Generates quotations and assists in closing sales of specified products, parts and accessories across applicable product lines.
- Assists the field sales in arranging seminars and other events at target accounts.
- Maintains CRM database on a daily basis.
- Acquires and maintains a comprehensive knowledge of all assigned product lines.
- Attends sales meetings and trade shows; reads industry publications to gain knowledge of competitors’ product strengths and weaknesses within assigned sales territory.
- Collects and analyzes pricing and sales data, and tracks competitive pricing trends. Suggests pricing level adjustments to improve market positioning.
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of experience preferably in technical sales of scientific instrumentation
- Knowledge and hands on experience of Microwave digestion, microwave synthesis, and Raman instruments
- Strong English written and oral communication skills
- Must be capable of communicating equally well with Ph.D. level scientists and QC technicians
- The ability to work independently and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction are essential for success
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required
- Frequent overnight traveling is required
- Eligibility to travel to US and Europe for training
- Valid driver license
