**Service Manager
- Monday to Friday; 7:30am - 4:00pm**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise a team of service coordinators, effectively delegating tasks to ensure

smooth workflow consistency.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new hires to acquaint them with

company products and processes proficiently.
- Offer proficient supervision and coaching to Service Technicians to attain

prescribed quality and service output objectives.
- Assume a leadership role in Customer Relationship Management initiatives.
- Ensure prompt and professional handling of all incoming calls by the service

team.
- Coordinate scheduling activities with the service team efficiently.
- Assist in the accurate input and closure of service runs and work orders.
- Arrange service appointments with homeowners via telephone communication.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to establish targets aligning with

customer and business requirements for quality, speed, and cost.
- Maintain vigilance to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

among all staff.
- Develop employee schedules to meet service demands while ensuring

adherence to company policies regarding vacation and other time off.
- Contribute to the scaling and expansion efforts of the service production team in

alignment with company targets, while providing operational insights and

statistics.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- A minimum of three years of managerial experience.
- At least three years of experience in the construction industry.
- Prior experience in the aluminum window industry is an asset.

- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and adeptness in managing multiple tasks with

prioritization skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
