**The Role**:
We are looking for an experienced Service Manager who will be accountable for assigning, and monitoring jobs that the Service Department is given, ensuring the highest level of quality is met. The manager will also be responsible for training and onboarding new technicians, evaluating current team members, helping with the design and implementation of complex projects, and will partner with other PMC service locations as needed to meet our customers needs. The position reports to the General Manager, and is a permanent full-time opportunity.

**Qualifications**:

- A recognized certificate or diploma in a related field such as Communications Engineering Technology, Electronics Systems Engineering Technology or RF Electronics (an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered).
- CET designation is preferred.
- A minimum of five (5) years experience in a managerial role is preferred.
- It is required to be familiar with a variety of communications equipment including typical in-vehicle installations (two-way radio, outfitting, etc.), onsite tone and voice, numeric and alphanumeric pagers, two-way radios, repeaters, trunked radio systems, public address systems, DAS, consoles, satellite phones, satellite voice communications equipment antennae, coax cable and connectors, remote terminal and interconnect wiring etc.
- Results oriented individual with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and timelines within a technical environment.
- Task-oriented with strong attention to technical detail and execution.
- Strong aptitude for standards compliance and developing solutions in partnership with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Commitment to working in a team environment, with demonstrated team building abilities.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
- Passionate and curious about technology, keeping up to date with with industry trends.
- Have and maintain valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record to travel to customer sites as required.
- Have and maintain passport for business travel as required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance throughout employment if required by customer.
- Participate in and complete safety training as required for this position and to meet any customer requirements.
- This position may require compliance with and undergo drug and/or alcohol testing if required by customer.
