**BACKGROUND**:
We are a well-established Brain Health Centre located in North Vancouver. We have an opening for 1 full-time Office Manager position. All training will be provided on the job.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic planning under the direction of the Medical Director at the clinic level to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the HQ and other branches’ operations.
- Responsible for driving the center to achieve and surpass business goals and objectives while maintaining an acceptable level of quality.
- Work closely with finance to develop and manage budgeting and budget execution.
- Work closely with business intelligence to track and impact performance metrics and reporting and communicate.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and development management to the center that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the Elumind Centres.
- Representing the operations team members and addressing their concerns on a daily basis.
- Participates and directs the performance management process within the team by ensuring performance issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner. Provide feedback and coaching to help the team members to meet their daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Manage customer service delivery through setting appropriate goals, targets and overall expectations for the practices and team.
- Maintain regular, productive communication with all executives, managers, medical doctors (IMGs), technicians, admins, and other staff.
- Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the HQ and other branches to the executives.
- Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement plans for operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate growth objectives.
- Ability to support company growth within the HQ and other branches.
- Creates a high-performance team by focusing on retaining and developing talents.
- Address all HR related issues based on policies and processes implemented by the HR Team, using conflict resolution methods when needed to reinforce Elumind culture and a working team harmony.
- Working in partnership with Talent Acquisition to maintain and achieve a high-performance team at the provider level by attracting, recruiting, retaining, and developing talent.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the delivery of health care services.
- Oversee the daily operations of the HQ and other branches, including managing staff and resources.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality client care.
- Collaborate with other health care professionals to ensure the best possible client experience.
- Any other duties as assigned by your Executive.

**Required Skills and Qualifications to apply**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 8 years of operations experience with 3 years in a management role
- 5 years of leadership and health care management experience
- Strong facilitation, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and usage of computer
- Ability to adapt to constantly changing environment.
- Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional relationship management skills to build bridges and eliminate any gaps between regional manager, partner dentists and clinical staff.
