**Job Overview**: We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Door-to-Door Appointment Setters to join our growing solar sales team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for engaging homeowners, educating them about the benefits of solar energy, and scheduling appointments for our sales team to follow up and close the sale. You will play a key role in generating interest in solar solutions and setting up potential customers for success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach to identify potential interest in solar energy solutions.
- Educate homeowners about the financial benefits of solar energy, available incentives, and how solar technology works, creating awareness and interest in solar solutions.
- Secure appointments for the sales team by effectively communicating the benefits of scheduling a consultation. You’ll focus on setting up in-home or virtual appointments for further discussions.
- Provide homeowners with clear information about how solar energy can help them save on their utility bills and reduce their environmental impact, encouraging them to take the next step in the process by scheduling a consultation.
- Accurately track appointments booked and report progress to the team regularly. Keep records of interactions with homeowners and leads.
- Establish rapport and trust with potential customers, ensuring a positive experience and encouraging them to meet with our sales experts.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Must be able to clearly and persuasively explain solar energy benefits and answer basic questions, even if you're not the one closing the sale.
- Comfortable working towards meeting daily, weekly, and monthly goals for appointments booked.
- Able to work independently, with a high level of initiative, while being part of a supportive team.
- Must enjoy engaging with people, have a friendly demeanor, and be able to overcome objections in a polite and professional manner.
- Comfortable with rejection and able to stay motivated through challenges.
- A general understanding of solar energy and its benefits is a plus, but training will be provided.

**Job Requirements**:

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to pass a background check.

Pay: $45,000.00-$119,571.33 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 60 per week
