Progression3 is in search of an IT Field Service Technician in Edmonton.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide dedicated on-site support which includes Break & Fix on PC, Laptops and printers (laser and multifunction).
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
- Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience Break & Fix on PC, Laptops and printers (laser and multifunction).
- A+ certification preferred

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$58,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Location: One location
