We are looking to add a motivated and reliable Administrative Assistant II Depot Support to our team. Are you organized, personable, and motivated by autonomous, fast-paced work?

In this role you will be responsible to provide daily support and logistics within the Thorold Operations Depot and will work with Field Supervisors and Team Leads. You will support the tracking and validation of employee banked overtime and quarterly payouts, exception time reporting, and vacation time to ensure compliance with policies.
What You Will Do- Process weekly payroll for field employees in Workday- Update, maintain and distribute weekly oncall schedule- Process plant damage forms (LEMs) and liaise with internal departments to ensure recoveries are fulfilled- Schedule, track and coordinate all mandatory EH&S compliance programs, Technical Training, OQ and Safety Observations following up with employees as the need arises, ensuring 100% employee completion in accordance with timeline targets.- Responsible for managing the employee uniform orders and Personal Protective Equipment orders including tracking of eligibility, returns and managing overall program within budgeted allocation.- Code and input invoices in Markview for 3rd party expenditures and liaise with accounts payable to resolve any vendor invoice discrepancies/issues- Ensure contractor workforce status in ISNetworld remains compliant.- Provide daily support for Workday, IT requests, ELMS, Contract Renewals, and office supplies.- Primary depot contact to facilitate 3rd party access for facilities to co-ordinate repairs for premises.Who You Are
You will have the following:
- A minimum of 1 year directly related experience with strong abilities in general office practices, standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite). An equivalent certification and experience combination may be considered.- Strong time management, analytical, planning, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle confidential information and internal/external client services with diplomacy and tact.- Ability to gather, organize, and analyze information with recommendations for action and preparing drafts.- Strong understanding of Enbridge functions and systems (Maximo, GIS, eField, Markview, Workday, SAP, Oracle).- Excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation, and written styles).- Excellent interpersonal, customer relations and digital literacy.- Labour relations skills and experience working with a collective agreement is desired.- Financial acumen and/or accounting experience would be an asset.
