They are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team This position will be a key asset to planning, organizing, and completing operations related to ongoing projects. **Responsibilities**:

- Review and monitor building portals
- Accurate and time sensitive data entry
- Coordinate and schedule technicians for onsite construction activities
- Perform or arrange for reviews of existing builder plans and schedules, and interpret the impact on the project
- Purchase job materials as required throughout the project phases
- Assist technicians and advise of all changes in scope of work
- Responsible for ensuring schedules are completed accurately and within deadlines
- Liaise with external consultants and vendors as required
- Additional administrative support as required

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a business administrative capacity is well regarded
- Previous experience in plumbing or construction would be an asset
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a professional composure
- Self-motivated and able to work well independently
- Flexible to move between activities and duties quickly if priorities change
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
