We are a busy private health care clinic that is seeking an energetic, experienced and multi-tasking part time/full time (20-40 hours per week) office assistant, to help build our busy clinic.

This position would entail the following, but is not limited to:

- Interacting with patients
- Filing
- Patient recalls
- Computer work
- Incoming and outgoing faxing
- Billing
- Constant multi-tasking to keep office at a steady flow
- Flexible in hours (Weekday availability but not every day)
- A minimum of two years experience in a Medical Office setting is helpful but not necessary
- Energetic individual capable of coping with changing work loads
- Extremely organized and very proficient with a high level of multi-tasking

Salary based on experience and above average
