Monitor activities of all employees in the Front Office department making sure they adhere to the standards of excellence and to the guidelines set in the employee handbook, hotel policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional and high-quality service-oriented environment.
- Act as manager on duty for the hotel during your shift, dealing with complaints, problem-solving, disturbances, special requests and any other issues that may arise.
- Review reservations for accuracy.
- Assist with answering online reviews.
- Prepare VIP amenities for our repeat guests.
- Control cash transactions at the front desk and prepare bank deposits for management.
- Oversee preparation of daily, monthly, and annual summary reports.
- Assist with inventory of supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Following proper privacy and security procedures, as well as health & safety guidelines
- Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as Hotel Front Desk Agent;
- Knowledge of night audit duties an asset
- Outstanding communication skills
- Superior time management and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Recommended Training:

- Salary/Wage: $23.00/hour
