We are seeking a Team Lead to support the field sales team in achieving their targets and expanding market share. The Team Lead will manage client relationships, prepare sales reports, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

**Job Duties and Accountabilities**:

- Work closely with the Field Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors, and ensure they receive excellent service.
- Review sales performance to help Field Sales Manager identify the coaching/training gaps, trends and opportunities.
- Assist Field Sales Manager in developing and executing promotional campaigns and events.
- Train and coach sales representatives on product knowledge and selling techniques while maintaining their own sales targets.
- Travel to different locations to support sales agents.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
