**Your mission**:
As a Training Data Specialist, you will have a range of responsibilities, from developing and launching digital pilot training support products using real-time data to delivering a data analytics platform that provides dashboards to improve pilot training. Your work will help ensure that the company remains at the forefront of technology.

Our developers contribute across the full technology stack, from database and DevOps infrastructure that supports continuous deployment, over native apps, to front end development.

As a Training Data Specialist, you will work on a multi-functional team with the product manager, designers and lead developer to collaborate on the development of digital products.
- Collaborate with other team members to craft clear user stories, design tests for prototypes and products, and continuously deliver product enhancements.
- Be an agent of change and a champion of the Agile mentality

- Keep abreast of new trends and bring ideas for innovation
- Passion for development and an aptitude for continuous learning
- Demonstrated ability to work and make decisions without supervision
- Ability to adapt quickly to technological developments and to navigate an R&D environment
- Ability to work on a multidisciplinary team
- Independent and results-oriented
- University degree in computer science or software engineering
- Good knowledge of aeronautical systems and aircraft aerodynamics
- Knowledge of Python programming (data processing and analysis library)
- Programming knowledge in C# and.NET (4.7+ or Core)
- Knowledge of database language programming (e.g. SQL)
- Working knowledge of development in Azure
- Knowledge of Microservices and experience with their development
- Experience using Azure DevOps services
- Knowledge of continuous integration, continuous delivery and test-driven development
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum management methods
- Experience in automated functional and unit testing
- Knowledge of the flight simulation environment an asset
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence techniques an asset
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset
