The Data Quality Specialist works with the Senior Analyst, Global Business Operations and other business functions to facilitate the creation, maintenance, and validation of our strategic data assets. The Data Quality Specialist uses best practices and tools to analyze and measure data quality and develop action plans to ensure data reliability, completeness, and consistency. The Data Quality Specialist role will support the Business Operations team in data enrichment, cleansing and developing data automation processe used to drive analytics insights for management

**Responsibilities**

Data Migration & Quality
- Acquisition integration - Assist in data and process migration
- Project support - Assist in data migration and updates
- Data quality process development
- Data quality automation development

Data Enrichment & Maintenance
- Price Book (Salesforce)
- Product de-activation (Salesforce)
- Lead, contact, cases and opportunities (Salesforce)
- GDPR, PII, Sensitive information flagging (Salesforce)
- Customer Type, Market Segment, Application, Product Type and NPI flagging (Anaplan)
- Unknown product hierarchy assignments (Data Warehouse)
- CFIN AIF Errors (Salesforce)

The role is cross-functional working with management globally and will require access to sensitive information.

**Job Requirements**
- University degree
- 3+ years experience in a data governance or data quality management role
- 3+ years experience implementing data capabilities, including data quality, data issues and data enrichment.
- Possess strong data analytic and excel skills;
- Self-disciplined, driven to work through multiple projects at once, and adhere to deadlines;
- Work independently with limited management oversight;
- Good communication skills in both English spoken and written
