Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead training sessions for owners and management teams, focusing on maximizing the potential of our POS systems.
- Collaborate closely with clients to tailor Cluster POS systems to their unique business needs.
- Craft engaging and comprehensive training programs that resonate with our diverse clientele.
- Offer support to our service department, assisting in resolving day-to-day customer issues and addressing complaints promptly and effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in both French and English, both written and spoken, is a must.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment or autonomously.
- Impeccable professional appearance.

Rôles et responsabilités:
Animer des sessions de formation pour les propriétaires et les équipes de direction, en mettant l'accent sur la maximisation du potentiel de nos systèmes POS.
Collaborer étroitement avec les clients pour adapter les systèmes POS de Cluster à leurs besoins commerciaux uniques.
Élaborer des programmes de formation attrayants et complets qui résonnent avec notre clientèle diversifiée.
Offrir un soutien à notre service client, en aidant à résoudre les problèmes quotidiens des clients et à traiter rapidement et efficacement les plaintes.

Exigences:
La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, est indispensable.
Compétences interpersonnelles, de communication et de gestion du temps exceptionnelles.
Capacité avérée à travailler en collaboration dans un environnement d'équipe ou de manière autonome.
Apparence professionnelle impeccable.
S'épanouit dans les environnements à forte pression et s'adapte rapidement au changement.
Démontre une passion pour l'apprentissage et excelle dans les environnements à rythme rapide.
