**Job Overview**:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers. They are a key point of contact for customers, providing them with product information, answering questions, and guiding them through the sales process. The Inside Sales Representative’s success will be measured by their ability to meet or exceed sales targets, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the company’s growth.

**Location**:Lively, ON
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Generate leads through market research.
- Follow up on leads provided from our suppliers and website.
- Review RFQs, gather information for quotes, and prepare the quotes.
- Assist with the schedule management of various departments.
- Maintain electronic files.
- Communicate with onsite personnel and subcontractors.
- Perform administrative duties for the project team.
- Attend tradeshows to develop client relationships.
- Other responsibilities as required.
**Education/ Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an inside sales role.
- College diploma or university degree.
- Experience with Salesforce software is an asset.
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills.
- Experience in the construction industry is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Must be able to work independently and with others.
**Working Schedule and Environment**:
- Full-time.
- The Inside Sales Representative works in an office environment.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
