**Représentant de service technique (LHD)**

Nous cherchons actuellement un représentant de service technique pour travailler au sein de notre équipe des services techniques en pleine croissance. Cette personne aura la responsabilité d’aider à la fois les clients internes et externes en proposant la gamme de produits Epiroc d’excavation souterraine de roches partout dans Canada.

**Les principaux domaines de responsabilité et les tâches associées comprennent, entre autres**:

- Aider à diagnostiquer et à expliquer pas à pas aux clients les problèmes techniques ;
- Réaliser des essais sur le terrain en vue d’apporter des solutions d’amélioration des produits ;
- Fournir du soutien pour les utilisations des produits, en collaboration avec l’équipe des spécialistes de produit ;
- Veiller à l’assurance de la qualité à la fois pour les équipes d’atelier et de terrain ;
- Mener des enquêtes majeures concernant la garantie et transmettre les réclamations sous garantie à l’usine ;
- Signaler toute préoccupation relative aux gammes de produits à l’entreprise de produits ;
- Gérer les biens d’équipement et les équipements remis à neuf ;
- Assurer le mentorat des techniciens ;
- Apporter un soutien global ;
- Voyager à l’intérieur et parfois à l’extérieur du Canada.

**Qualification**:

- Doit posséder une solide expérience et une grande connaissance des équipements Epiroc.
- Sceau rouge ou apprenti en dernière année de formation en voie d’obtenir une licence.
- Connaissance des systèmes de commande électrique des machines (PLC contrôleur à logique programmable, RCS système de commande d’engins de forage, systèmes électro-hydrauliques).
- Habiletés en résolution de problèmes.
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps, capacité de faire plusieurs choses à la fois.
- Bonnes compétences en informatique, connaissance des logiciels Excel et des bases de données.
- Individu entreprenant chevronné capable de travailler avec un minimum de supervision.
- Bonnes habiletés pour la communication.
- Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles, personne ambitieuse et patiente ayant une bonne écoute.
- Connaissance et compréhension des systèmes mécaniques et hydrauliques.

**Renseignements supplémentaires**:

- Il est très important pour ce poste d’avoir une solide formation technique ainsi que de bonnes aptitudes de communication avec les clients externes et internes.
- Le bilinguisme dans les deux langues officielles
- Il s’agit d’une belle occasion d’accroître vos connaissances sur tous les équipements Epiroc LHD.

**Technical Service Representative (MH)**

We are currently searching for Technical Service Representatives to work with our growing Technical Service Team. This person will be responsible to help both internal and external customers with Epiroc’s URE product line of Material Handling Load Haul Dump equipment across Canada.

**Key Areas of Responsibilities & Associates Duties, include but are not limited to**:

- Help diagnose and walk customers through technical issues
- Field test and trials of product improvements solutions
- Quality assurance for both shop and field teams
- Major warranty investigations, warranty claim reporting back to the factory
- Report concerns of product lines to the PC
- Both Capital and Remanufactured Equipment
- Technician Mentoring
- Global Support
- Travel inside and sometimes outside of Canada.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be experienced in and have a strong knowledge of Epiroc equipment.
- Heavy Equipment Red Seal Certified or last year apprentice scheduled to write and obtain license
- Knowledge of machine electrical control systems. (PLC, RCS, electro-hydraulic systems).
- Problem solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills, able to multi-task
- Good computer skills including, excel, multiple databases.
- A proven self-starter who requires minimum supervision.
- Good communication skills.
- Outstanding people skills, good listener, ambitious and patient
- Knowledge of machine mechanical/hydraulic systems

**Additional Information**:

- A strong technical background and good communication skills with both external & internal customers is a very big part of this position.
- Communication in both official languages an asset
- We would be providing the individuals with the proper training required to be able to perform this position.
