The Front Office Supervisor must be extremally professional and customer service oriented. He/ She must be responsible for supervising the entire front office team including Front Office Agents, and Night Auditors. The Front Office Supervisor must be able to execute their leadership skills and provide all the necessary assistance guidance to the team, there by ensuring the guests receive the most exemplary service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervises, trains, and manages performance of front desk staff.
- Ensures each guest is provided with the best possible experience, utilizing tools and techniques provided by the Guest Service Manager.
- Remains calm and alert during emergencies, heavy workloads, and other complications.
- Fields guests’ complaints and inquiries while developing and negotiating the most effective solutions.
- Assists the FOM AND AFOM in verifying and confirming all incoming OTA and third
- party reservations for accuracy, rate, payment structures and deposits as required.
- Assists the FOM AND AFOM in hiring and training.
- Perform the duties of a Front Office Agent or Night Auditor as and when required.
- Ability to communicate efficiently between Front Office Department and all other hotel departments to assure the highest level of Guest satisfaction.
- Ensuring that there is effective communication and coordination among all the front office agents / night auditors.
- Conduct performance reviews and performance management when required.
- Complete daily check lists and clearly communicate through daily pass on with colleagues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
