**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company operations
- Schedule appointments, projects, and materials, and maintain calendars for the installers
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Order job supplies and maintain inventory levels
**Skills**:
- Previous experience working in a construction or roofing setting is highly preferred
- Strong clerical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and basic accounting principles

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
