In this role, you will work closely with our Credit Manager, serving as the primary contact for customers, handling calls, resolving account issues, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and playing a vital role in risk management and credit operations support. - **Duties and Responsibilities**:_

Duties include but are not limited by the following:

- Customer contact for incoming calls and collection calls.
- Make calls to customers with overdue accounts
- Answer questions regarding customer accounts or statements
- Investigate customer concerns via Blaze system
- Access and mitigate risk by referring accounts for further actions to Credit Manager.
- Accept payments over telephone using a POS machine.
- Complete requested trade references.
- Maintain customer accounts:

- Create customer files, both electronic and physical
- Make required customer file changes
- Filing customer files
- Other duties may be assigned.
- **Employment Qualifications**:_
- Must have one year Customer Service and Collections experience.
- Accounting and Credit experience is considered an asset.
- Good communicator with strong organizational, analytical and technology skills.
