We are seeking a skilled full-time employee to fulfill our Sales and Logistics Coordinator role and assist our sales department in providing our customers the best possible service that we can with accurate order management and delivery scheduling.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sales and Logistics Coordinator role will provide our customers outstanding service and ordering experience. In supporting the Sales teams needs you will be expected to provide accurate information on pricing, orders, lead times, and any other matters effecting an order to the appropriate parties both internally and externally.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer incoming Calls

Receive, enter and confirm customer orders

Schedule deliveries for internal fleet and carrier services

Maintain customer expectations thorughout our internal processes

Support the Sales team with pricing, quotes, orders, reporting

Gather and maintain customer information within our database

Assist Visitors to our head office

Data Entry

Miscellaneous duties as assigned by management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to assess demands and determine priorities

Ability to utilize an ERP to its highest capabilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Willingness to collaborate, provide input, and be part of a team

To be available to work from our new manufacturing plant in London, Ontario.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Strong language skills or understanding of Canadian English and Canadian French

Experience working with companies across multiple regions, provinces and states.

Experience working in customer service, preferably in B2B industries

Advanced Excel abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
