**The Role**:
The Logistics Coordinator role will be directly responsible for covering all aspects of partner management, order management and working with our CSR, Customers and partners to innovatively meet our customer needs. You are a highly motivated, passionate, enthusiastic Logistics coordinator professional to join our team in North York in the position of Supply Chain Coordinator. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5 pm.

**Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Develop and grow a positive relationship with transportation partners.
- Ensure proper sourcing of partner carriers and meeting delivery requirements in a timely fashion.
- Track and trace orders and update TMS, CSR and customers
- Monitor on-time delivery appointments and communicate with shippers and consignees.
- Negotiate service and price with clear expectations.
- Building a positive relationship with CSR, customers and partners.
- Think outside the box to provide solutions for customer demands.
- Provide rates to the sales team.
- Complete performance reports for all carriers with monthly meetings and implements continuous improvement.
- Implement procedures to prevent issues.
- Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry, and billing.
- Upselling and inside sales calls
- Other tasks and projects as assigned

**Skills and Experience**:

- **Fluent in English (Writing / Reading)**:

- **Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Logistics/Transportation Industry in Canada / USA.**:

- **Strong knowledge of LTL, TL within Canada, and cross border**:

- Knowledge of Ocean, Air FCL, and LCL
- Geographical Expertise including mileage, transit time, and DOT governance.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong telephone skills and etiquette and exceptional customer service skills
- Efficient computer skills in Excel, Outlook, and Gmail.
- Attention to detail and accuracy with data collection and order entry.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
