**About Scrawlr**

Scrawlr is a company building a software platform and series of products dedicated to enabling alternative forms of communication layered on existing internet content, together with delivering superior monetization flexibility and content ownership for content generators.

Jauntr, a division of Scrawlr, will provide the commercial airline industry, hotels, and other travel vendors the ability to offer a range of direct purchase options of their services to customers.

**Summary**

As the Head of Operations, you will be coordinating Jauntr’s operations to fulfil client (travellers) and partner (airlines) expectations. You will ensure compliance with all applicable local and international laws and regulations in privacy, data management, and licensing. You will manage resources to appropriately staff all outstanding Jauntr initiatives and serve as a point of escalation for any customer service issues that arise.

Your role will include, but will not be limited to:
Working in tandem with Jauntr’s CEO in the development of long-term operational plans and performance goals
- Formulating commercial rollout strategies to grow Jauntr’s offerings, and ensuring the strategies are being implemented by working with the commercial leads
- Setting strategic goals for Jauntr’s operational efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the operational strategic goals are being met
- Preparing budgets in collaboration with project managers, and ensuring the budgets are being followed
- Managing and leveraging relationships with internal and external stakeholders (employees, vendors, partners) to make decisions on operational activities and strategic goals
- Establishing operational key performance indicators and tracking operational performance against them to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
- Analyzing current operational processes and performance and formulating actionable improvements.

**Required Skills or Experience**
- A master’s degree in business management, operations, finance, or a related field
- Five to ten (5-10) years of executive operational management experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Business acumen and a thorough understanding of the competitive environment in the travel industry
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions such as finance, customer service, employee management
- Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management
- Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines

**Salary and Benefits**
- $125,000 - $150,000 base salary, with potential bonus based on individual performance
- Extended health benefits plan
